  5 stars to the fullest!! Ever since I started coming here experience improved more and more. Staff very friendly and they do their best to keep the place excellent and clean and comfortable to be in. Never any negative vibes. Full great customer service respectful. The staff truly works as a team!
  Great huge shoutouts to the following staff members for making my Starbucks experience 100%!!  I do apologize if I'm missing some names.

  Starbucks must address it's decline in quality service as store became more slum as barista struggling to serve the customer without paying attention to service or interaction..
  We ordered protin drink and barista has no clue about the ingredients. Opend a small silver envelope contain lest the 5 oz of unknown poweder. ..
  They have no clue.. Starbucks already in decline ..the service quality is gone...
  Very bad.  I do  recommend Panera bread over star buck$$$$$$. Overpriced . burned drinks.  Very bad... Dunkin donuts serve better quality drinks

  I give them 3 because most of the employees are super awesome but there are some that don't care about the health and well-being of the customers. If you are lactose intolerant or Vegan, its 50/50 chance you will get sick or are getting dairy instead of vegan milk. Numerous times I have to rush home, got sick. Either the drinks are contaminated or they don't put the right milk ordered and put regular milk instead. People can get anaphylactic shock and end up in the hospital esp if they have severe dairy and soy allergies. Please re-train your staff.

  Very clean location and also very convenient. A few steps from the N/W train, Broadway station stop. They also accept mobile order so you don't have to wait in line. Every time I go, there's always a semi-long line of people waiting to order their drinks.
  
  I love this location because it has a good amount of tables, chairs, counter tops, and stools. There's a few outlets against the wall too. So a great place to read, study, do homework, etc.

  Love love love Starbucks. The staff here was super cool and nice. I ordered a green tea Frappuccino which is my favorite.
  
  The store was clean and orderly, the staff were nice and pleasant
